Boss Day
Intentional space, clear structure, and accountability—so leaders can actually get the work done.
Boss Days are structured virtual work sessions designed to help business owners and nonprofit leaders step out of the day-to-day and focus on the work that actually moves their organization forward. This is protected time to work on your business or nonprofit, not in it—held with intention, structure, and light accountability.
This is not coworking. It’s purposeful, leader-led space.

HI!
I’m
Wendy.
I work with small business owners and nonprofit leaders who are ready to step out of the day-to-day and make intentional moves forward. After years of supporting leaders behind the scenes, I’ve seen how hard it is to protect time to think, plan, and actually work on your business—not just react to what’s urgent.
I’m hosting this Boss Day because focused time, structure, and accountability make all the difference. This isn’t about cramming more into your schedule; it’s about creating space to slow down, get clear, and make real progress alongside other leaders who understand the challenges you’re navigating.
Let’s talk
Boss Day Details
How many people will be at a Boss Day?
Boss Days are intentionally small, usually 8–12 participants. This keeps the space focused, supportive, and allows for meaningful conversation without feeling overwhelming or distracting.
How do I attend?
Boss Days are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you work best. You’ll receive all access details and instructions ahead of time after you register.
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s part of why you’re here.
WhAt should I wear?
Whatever makes you comfortable and ready to focus. I ask that you have your camera on so we can all feel present. Think: professional enough to feel confident, comfortable enough to actually get work done.
What will I leave with?
Boss Day is about moving things forward—not just talking about what you should do someday.
are you ready?
Grab your seat before they are all filled! I can't wait to work with you boss!
